You should read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing products from our website. Please note that you can´t buy products from our website without accepting these conditions of sale.
To be able to shop with us, you must be living in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. We can only ship to the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. If you are not a resident in any of the countries listed above, or if you wish to ship to countries other than those listed above, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers who have reached the age of 18 and only in commercial quantities.

Conclusion of a purchase contract:
- Click on the button labeled "Add to shopping cart" in the product area of the website.
- To complete the order, click on the button labeled "Shopping cart" in the upper menu area.
- Continue by clicking on "Checkout"
- If this is your first purchase through the website, you have the option to open an account with us or to order as a guest. To open an account with us use your e-mail address. You will be asked to choose a password. You must treat this password confidentially and may not disclose or share it with any third party. We keep a secured password file in order to be able to request a reminder in case it should have been forgotten in future transactions.
- If you have already registered with us, you can enter your login details to access your account.
- If you want to order as a guest then you have to select your preferred payment, enter your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
-For the case that shipping costs should be incurred, these will be added to the order amount, which will be charged to you.
- By clicking on the "Order summary" button, you have the option of checking and correcting all input errors in your order.
- By clicking the button "Place order with payment obligation" you can submit your order.
- By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
- It is your own responsibility to ensure that your order is accurate before being sent to us. If you have problems with your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
-We will then send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. This will be automatically sent by us to the e-mail address under which you have registered with us.
-Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.
- If, while processing your order, we determine that the products you have ordered are not available, you will be notified by email. A contract for the unavailable goods does not materialize.
Prices and shipping costs can change at any time. The prices are checked regularly. However, if we find on receipt of your order that there was a pricing error, we will contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the correct price.
The prices for the products shown on our website include all taxes, including VAT. However, the price does not cover the shipping costs, which are automatically added to the total amount when you look at the selected items in the shopping cart.
The shipping costs for deliveries within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland are 0 €.
All payments must be made to us at the time of shipment of the contract product (s). The payment of the goods takes place optionally according to the payment methods proposed in the order process and to the conditions specified there. We will not ship the contract product (s) until we receive full payment.
Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment.
We endeavor to deliver the contract product (s) to you within 1 to 3 days from the order date to the delivery address you specify in your order, but we can´t provide an exact delivery date.
If we have not delivered the contract product (s) within 30 days of submission of your order date, you may terminate the contract and we will refund any payments paid by you.
The ownership of the contract product (s), as well as the risk, passes to you upon delivery.
Damaged or defective products:
Except for any special warranties we make with respect to particular products or those required by law, we provide no specific warranty or guarantee on our products.
You should check the contract product (s) for defects or damage when you (it) receives it. If you find any defect or damage, you must notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange for you a return of the products to our Customer Service Center free of charge.
If the Product(s) are found damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the Product(s) or reimburse the price you paid, including any shipping charges you have paid, provided that you have not worn, used or damaged the Product(s). If you prefer to repair or replace the contract product (s), please contact us and we will replace it for you at no additional cost, as far as reasonably practicable. In addition, we will either reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us or send to you a prepaid parcel, which you may use to return the damaged or defective goods to us. The provisions in this paragraph do not affect your statutory rights.
Although we have taken all the necessary steps to present the product (s) as accurately as possible on the photos and other images on the site, it may happen that individual articles due to the respective screen settings and the photo techniques of the actual size may vary.
After all, displaying the details on your screen (such as color, pattern texture, etc ...) depends on the quality of your monitor and so can´t accurately reflect the actual details of the product you are receiving.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and to receive from us a refund including any shipping costs you have paid. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods to us.
The period of notice is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Products that are damaged at delivery or have defects or products that have been delivered improperly will Euonly Ltd not accept the return given as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
To terminate the contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably in writing, of your intention

If you choose to cancel the contract then you must return the product (s) to us.
You must return the product (s) in the same salable condition within 30 days or within 14 days of submission of the notice of termination in which you received the product (s). If you do not return the product (s) within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days of termination (whichever occurs first), we reserve the right to pick you up the product(s) at your expense.
While the product(s) are in your possession, you must ensure reasonable care in handling the product (s). If you fail to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deductions up to the amount of the product price from the amount of the refund that you would otherwise have been entitled to get.
Insofar as the product(s) are returned in accordance with the provisions herein, we will refund the price of the product(s) in full, (subject to any deductions to which we are entitled due to your use or damage to the product (s)) and, if paid at the time of purchase, refund the cost of the standard delivery.
The contract and the entire communication between us are handled in English. These Terms of Sale and all documents expressly set forth herein constitute a unit with respect to the subject matter hereof.
All communications to us must be made in writing to the address stated at the beginning of these Terms of Sale. We will notify you either by email or at the address you provided when ordering.
Contractual relationship with you will be governed by English and Welsh law insofar as it does not conflict with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act applicable to the Ireland (Applicable for customers residing in Ireland).
If any provision of these Conditions of Sale is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which remain unaffected.
